Flamingo Cat Ba Sea & Sand Resort values the trust you place in us when you share your personal data. This policy explains what we collect, why we use it and the rights you have over your data, in accordance with Vietnam's Law on Personal Data Protection No. 91/2025/QH15 and its implementing regulations.

2. Data we collect

• When you send an enquiry or booking request on our website: your full name, phone number, email address, stay dates, number of guests and your message.
• At check-in: details from the national ID card, passport or birth certificate of each guest, for the guest residence notification required by law.
• When you visit our website: technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the cookies required for the website to function.

3. Purposes of processing

• To advise on, confirm and fulfil your booking and the services you request.
• To complete the guest residence notification and our other legal obligations.
• To contact you about your stay, provide guest care and improve our services.
• To send you offers, only with your consent. You may opt out at any time.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only to the extent necessary with:

• Competent state authorities, as required by law.
• The building and facilities operator within the complex, payment service providers and website infrastructure providers, where they directly support your stay.
• The travel agent or booking channel you used to make your booking.

5. Retention and security

Data is kept only for as long as necessary for the purposes above and for the periods required by law, after which it is deleted or destroyed. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect it against unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.

6. Children's data

Data about accompanying children is provided and processed with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, as required by law.

7. Your rights

You have the right to be informed about the processing of your data; to give or withdraw consent; to access, correct and request deletion of your data; to request restriction of or object to processing; and to lodge a complaint as provided by law.
