Stay Policy

To make your stay at Flamingo Cat Ba Sea & Sand Resort effortless from the moment you arrive, here is everything included in each room package, our child policy and the surcharges that apply when you book directly on our website.

Included in every room package

• Accommodation for 2 adults and 2 children under 6. Children share the existing bedding with their parents. Extra beds are not available in any room type.
• Access to the Charm Pool and Shell Pool.
• Access to the resort's two private beaches, Cát Cò 1 and Cát Cò 2, with sun loungers.
• The Mây Sky Walk linking the three towers.
• Internal buggy service between the towers.

Room Only package

• Includes all of the above. Breakfast is not included.
• To enjoy our buffet breakfast, please let Reception know at check-in or add it when booking. Breakfast surcharges are listed below.

Bed & Breakfast package

• Includes all of the above.
• Daily buffet breakfast for 2 adults and 2 children under 6, served at Sand Restaurant from 06:30 to 10:00.

Child policy and surcharges for direct bookings

Currency: VND per person per night. 2026 rates apply until 31 December 2026; 2027 rates apply from 1 January 2027.

Within standard capacity (2 adults and 2 children under 6):

• Children under 6 sharing existing bedding, without breakfast: Free of charge
• Breakfast for a child under 6 (Room Only package): 130,000 (2026) / 140,000 (2027)
• Breakfast for a guest aged 12 and above (Room Only package): 350,000 (2026) / 410,000 (2027)

Beyond standard capacity (maximum 4 adults per room):

• Children aged 6 to 11 sharing existing bedding, without breakfast: 180,000 (2026) / 210,000 (2027)
• Guests aged 12 and above sharing existing bedding, without breakfast: 350,000 (2026) / 410,000 (2027)

Charged separately

Ruriko Onsen and its hot-spring pool, the 4 Seasons indoor pool, SEVA Spa, the fitness centre, restaurants and bars, Kids Club, Galaxy Karaoke, VR Game Park, Lan Ha Panorama and parking are not included in the room package. They are available at an extra charge; please contact Reception.

Check-in and check-out

• Check-in from 15:00, with Reception open until 02:00. Check-out by 11:00.
• Please present the national ID card or passport of every guest at check-in so that the resort can complete the guest residence notification required by Vietnamese law.
• Please tell us your children's ages when booking or at check-in so we can apply the correct policy and prepare for your family.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and the following surcharges:
  • Check-in from 10:00 to before 15:00: 30% of the first night's room rate
  • Check-in from 06:00 to before 10:00: 50% of the first night's room rate
  • Check-in before 06:00: 100% of the first night's room rate
  • Check-out from 11:00 to 14:00: 30% of the last night's room rate
  • Check-out from 14:00 to 18:00: 50% of the last night's room rate
  • Check-out after 18:00: 100% of the last night's room rate

A few house notes

• No smoking inside the room. Guests may smoke on the balcony with the door and windows closed.
• No cooking in the room.
