Opening onto Lan Ha Bay from the 1st floor of the Sea tower, Sea Restaurant is where you sit down to a proper Vietnamese meal with the sea breeze for company.

For lunch and dinner, the à la carte menu centers on Vietnamese and Asian cooking: fresh seafood from the waters around Cat Ba, alongside home-style rice dishes, soups and stir-fries. The open room seats around 250, easy for a family dinner, a get-together with friends or a quiet meal as evening settles over the bay.
